With the current worldwide situation of COVID-19, the ‘Corona Virus’, and the situation with the corona virus in Bali, Villa Bugis is very aware of our customers concerns for their holiday plans – this is why we have temporarily adjusted our terms and conditions for bookings with us, until the situation becomes more clear.
If you have an existing booking with us, and your flight is cancelled due to Covid-19 restrictions, then we will honour a re-booking for your holiday within 12 months of both Bali opening to international tourists, and your home country opening to international flights. We appreciate your understanding of the situation with the corona virus in Bali, and these challenging times.
We, like everyone else, are experiencing this situation for the first time, so we are doing our level best to provide the best service we can given very trying circumstances.
