The staff were absolutely wonderful at accommodating us both for check in and check out and also offered us a late check out as we flew out at 11pm. Little things like that are very much appreciated and noticed.

Loved our stay at Villa Santai!! It was perfect for our large group of 9. The grounds are so well kept and a beautiful lush garden to admire. The breakfast everyday was delicious and fresh. Staff were incredible special thanks to Yasti Wyan and Putu. The pool was great and a nice temp. The only reason I have not given 5 stars is due to our whole group noting the beds are quite hard and could do with matress toppers and better pillows as they were also quite stiff. Mozzie nets were great additions in the bedrooms as we did find there were plenty of mozzies around due to the vacant block next door possibly. But otherwise it was perfect and we had the best time and will book again next year 😊
Every member of staff that visited the villa was just lovely & always happy to help with anything we needed – No issues other than wishing we could stay longer. Can\’t thank the staff enough for making our stay so enjoyable & truly memorable.

Good location, nicely designed green villa ambience – comfortable and clean. Well thought of facilities like mosquito nets and repellants, well equipped kitchen, clean pool and ambient fountains with koi pond. Close to beach and the main market with several facilities nearby. Villa arranged free airport pick-ups for us and had night guards after 9pm.

The villa is huge, pool and garden was beautiful and closed to Canggu. There is a new shortcut nearby that can lead you to canggu faster than usual.

Just spent a week in Villa Santai with my family and we could not have enjoyed ourselves more. The friendly and extremely kind staff made our stay extra special, gardens and pool were constantly attended to, daily cleaning, delicious in-house breakfasts, and even a song and cake for my sisters birthday. 24/7 security and safes in each room for belongings and bug repellants provided to combat the mozzies. could not recommend this place more.

We stay at villa Santai
We stayed at villa Santai from the 31/12/19 to the 8/1/2020. The villa was amazing.
Was very clean and lots and of room for the family of 13. The staff were only to happy to help us with anything we need. Breakfast always on the table at the time we requested. Just like to say thank you Villa Bugis and your staff for making our stay pleasurable. OUTSTANDING EFFORT👍👌

Highlight of our trip was this accommodation we stayed at Villa Santai and villa Saphir staff were so helpful anything we needed they made it possible . Also without telling them saw that it was one of the guys birthday and made him a complementary birthday cake which was amazing. The villa itself was absolutely beautiful and we would definitely return.

The villa is well managed and have a lot of personal touch on the services. I like their custom made breakfast, made to order. The place is surrounded by trees so you have the privacy. Price performance is very good. Highly recommend for family vacations.

Villa Santai is located in Seminyak. It is a beautiful villa with 4 main bedrooms – 3 opening up into the pool, 1 into the kitchen. The rooms each have a bathroom – 3 with outdoor showers and toilets, and 1 with an internal ensuite. The kitchen / dining room / living room is open plan, which overlooks the pool. The pool is huge! The breakfast is included and very tasty – there are 3 options (eggs and bacon, indonesian style, continental). The wifi is free and very fast. The concierge is fantastic – he greeted us when we arrived and offered a free grocery service (you just have to pay for the groceries). The entire place is very clean and housekeeping occurs daily. There is a dinner service available, which you can order dishes from. We hired a private chef (externally) to cook us dinner, which was very affordable and the food was absolutely delicious (PM me if you would like his phone details). The location is great – walking distance to local restaurants. We caught a Grab taxi to the pool bars, which only cost a few dollars. I would definitely stay at these villas again.

This was our second stay at Villa Bugis villas. This time it was beautiful Villa Santai with its amazing pool and gardens. The children loved it there and the gardens and rooms were very spacious. The service was impeccable and thank you to Made, Wayan and the wonderful Nyoman who tended to our every need. We will certainly be back hopefully soon.
This was our first stay in a villa after 6 stays in resort in Bali. The staff were great to deal with and took care of our requests very quickly. I would recomend Villa Santai to anyone wanting a peacful enviroment and pleasant staff to help you at any time.
Great stay with very nice private pool and Jacuzzi. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Service was very good as well! However, cleanliness of the room can be improved as bugs were found in room. And location of villa is secluded, taxi could not find its way to the villa.
Great villa in quiet location within easy walk to the beach and to ‘Eat Street’. Staff can’t do enough to assist. 4 separate bedrooms each with private bathroom with great pool in tropical setting.
We are a family of 6 who stayed in Villa Santai and absolutely loved it! The villa is beautiful and looks exactly like what you see in the photos. Villa Santai was definitely the highlight of our trip!
Villa Bugis have been a great host and have got everything sorted out nicely for our stay in Bali. The team always respond quick to our queries and have been extremely helpful to us throughout this whole time.
The pool in Villa Santai was big and lovely, rooms and shower rooms were big and spacious too. Kitchen was fully equipped and we loved the fact that there’s a water dispenser in the villa!
The location was great; away from the hustle and bustle of Seminyak but within walking distance to town and the beach. We have a quiet corridor to ourselves, and there’s always securities around guarding the villas.
Best part: The service provided by the staff of Villa Bugis was first class. From the emails to the goodbye at the airport, we could not find anything negative at every encounter with the staff. All of them were trustworthy and provided excellent and genuine service to us. They always carry a smile on their faces.
We would like to give a special shout out to Komang, our driver whom we all love! He was lovely, a very humble guy who is so accommodating to us throughout our whole trip. Special shout out to Ketut and Yulia too who have been very nice and helpful to us. Didn’t get the rest of the names but all of them were great!

A compound of several villas in a good location. walking distance from Jalan Petitenget and other streets full of bar, restaurants and shops.
Also an easy ride from and to the airport with Jalan Sunset just nearby.
The Villa Santai is a 4 bedroom villa, nicely arranged around a large pool and still some space around. The villa itself has a great lay out with a big living space opened on the pool.
The villa is comfortable, not the most luxurious but reasonably equipped and and in OK conditions.
The service is good, breakfast is served at your choice of time and has an ok choice.
A good place for family or friends gathering.

We recently stayed in Villa Santai and had the most wonderful holiday. Ketut and the rest of the staff were so welcoming and very helpful and polite. The villa was beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay. We have done nothing but boast about the villa since we returned to Australia and we have many friends and family interested in not only coming to Bali but staying at one of your wonderful villas. I am already looking at planning another trip for 2014. Many thanks for a beautiful relaxing holiday.
