I must admit that for the first time in my many travels, a villa booked in Asia looks better in person. The garden, rooms, living room, pool, and everything far exceeded our expectations, to the point that we didn't want to leave. The service was top-notch, and Wayan (the chef and our support staff during the first few days) was an incredible person. Warm, polite, and helpful. It couldn't have been better! One of our best stays!The villas are cleaned daily, and the garden creates an incredible atmosphere! The Villa was exactly as it looked in the pictures……spacious property with large bedrooms, and bathrooms in an exotic tranquil location. The pool was clean and not over chlorinated. The staff were very attentive and very helpful. Very confident we will be back.

Beautiful villa with amazing staff. They even helped us at midnight, and that too with a smile. We would recommend this to others. It is quite close to all the amenities and Bintang Supermarket. They gave two free air port pickup to accommodate our friend who was coming on a different date. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

Once again Villa Bugis has provided the perfect family villa. Adrian our breakfast cook cooked breakfast to perfection and always approachable. Edi the guest assistant was fantastic friendly and a great asset to Bugis. The rest of the team ensured we had a lovely clean villa and pool. Thanks to Gede to ensuring our safety at the villa.

Where do I start. Villa Kebun was an amazing tranquil, peaceful Villa providing 3 separate rooms, separate dining, great pool and lounge area. It’s location was ideal allowing us to walk to a lot of surrounding venues - restaurants and beach clubs. Staff were outstanding and very easy to arrange transport to your favourite destination. 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

From the moment we arrived at the villas (we had 3 booked for a group of 16), we were utterly blown away by the ambience and genuine interest in making sure our stay was very enjoyable. Our rooms were amazing with outdoor bathrooms, air conditioning, mossie nets over all the beds. Facilities in the main living area could not be faulted and the service from the staff was exemplary - thoroughly recommend, would definitely like to stay again

The villas are located about 20 minute walk from Eat Street. The staff were warm and friendly and also very helpful in attending to our needs [eg. ordering taxis etc]. Breakfast was also very nice. Villas are reasonably priced for the end of January.

    Very easy to book online as we have been here before. payments process was a little tricky. Airport transfer was very good. drivers very polite and cars was clean and tidy. Very organized and showed us everything we needed. Excellent ! staff all very polite. Wayan so kind and polite and good cook. On time to suit us and always yummy. Very comfortable and kept in very good conditions.

Good arrival felt very safe and staff explained everything very well. Staff were very friendly and welcoming villa always very clean and tidy listened to our requests. Wayan was amazing he is friendly and kind he provides very high quality good service we loved having him in the villa every morning. The villa is very comfortable , clean and relaxing environment, we felt very welcome by everyone when we are here if could give more than 5 start i would we have loved our stay , everything was perfect.

    Great experience , easy process & explained everything clearly. Friendly service , easy to find driver , accessible. Simple & easy , we were provided a drink on arrival but left unfinished on bench /table , overnight something must have come in and knocked team over, smashing them , would have liked to be told not leave items on bench overnight for that reason. 10/10 – always clean & tidy , house looks like first time we arrived. Food was Amazing ! Wayan our cook was the best so kind. We loved the villa , it was exactly what we were after , so peaceful and relaxing the best service ever !!

    Very easy Booking and good communication. Felt very welcoming and appreciated accommodating our friends before their departure. Excellent. Good breakfast options and appreciated the staff cleaning in with us. Perfect layout of the villa , great housekeeping and attentive staff , Wayan and Yulia have been incredible helpful and happy we have loved every minute and will back to stay.

    Very easy great communication. Made was fantastic , he was there upon our arrival. We arrived when other guest were at the villa so it was a bit of a wait , but was fine. Great very clean and organised. Great our chef wayan was lovely and very attentive. We enjoyed our stay some lock do not work very well would suggest replacing noise from outside was loud at night.

    Booking process handled clear, email communication was clear and timely. Very easy to local driver , vehicles were clean and safe. Arrival greeting was well received , we felt welcome. Housekeeping was done Diky with minimum instruction Thank you. Breakfast was always well prepared and on time thank you Wayan. This villa is A real Paradise An Oasis amongst the busy Seminyak area.

    Lovely staff beautiful villa!
    Driver very nice. My daughter accidentally left her headphones in the car and the driver messaged me with a photo to ask if they were ours. We confirmed they were and as we had booked him the next morning for transport said he could bring them with him in the morning. He insisted on coming back to the villa to return her headphones and wouldn’t take any money for his extra time.

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. BAR – Best Available Rate 

Cancellation Policy:

Low & Shoulder Seasons

  • Fully refundable if cancelled 30+ days before arrival.
  • Cancellation fee of 1 night if cancelled between 29–7 days before arrival.
  • Cancellation fee of 50% if cancelled between 6–3 days before arrival.
  • The cancellation fee of 100% if cancelled within 2 days of arrival.

High Seasons

  • Fully refundable if cancelled 45+ days before arrival.
  • Cancellation fee of 1 night if cancelled between 44–14 days before arrival.
  • Cancellation fee of 50% if cancelled between 13–7 days before arrival.
  • The cancellation fee of 100% if cancelled within 6 days of arrival.

Peak Seasons

  • Fully refundable if cancelled 60+ days before arrival.
  • Cancellation fee of 50% if cancelled between 59–21 days before arrival.
  • The cancellation fee of 100% if cancelled within 20 days of arrival.

2. Booking Amendments:

  • Based on Villa Availability and based on Best Availability Rates during the time of amendments requested.

3. Non-Refundable Rate Policy

  • This rate offers a discounted price but is strictly non-refundable.
  • No cancellations, modifications, or refunds are permitted once booked.
  • In case of no-show or early departure, full charges will apply.

4. General Terms for All Bookings: 

  • Travel Insurance is strongly recommended and should be purchased at the time of booking, including a CFAR (Cancellation for Any Reason) policy if available in your region.
  • Early Departures & No-Shows: Payments are non-refundable regardless of reason or notice.
  • Shortening Stays: Must still comply with minimum stay rules (3 nights low & shoulder season, 5 nights high & peak season period).
  • Extensions & Room Upgrades: Possible, based on availability and at additional cost.
  • Change the date of stay to have the same stay length but the check in date is later than the original booking, max 12 Months from the original check in date (new rates might apply based on the season of the new date)

5. All changes to an original booking are completely at the discretion of Villa Bugis

  • Villa Bugis has no obligation to make any changes to the original booking. Any change to the original booking approved will not result in a reduction in the deposit paid, balance paid, or balance due, which is why travel insurance is so important to obtain upon booking.
  • Amended booking which earlier check date, full payment will still be required. Bookings made by third-party providers are subject to the cancellation policy stated by those services.
  • A new invoice will be issued and a different price in Rupiah may apply to the new invoice (new rates might apply based on the season of the new date). The deposit paid will be used towards payment of the new invoice.
