Very easy to book online as we have been here before. payments process was a little tricky. Airport transfer was very good. drivers very polite and cars was clean and tidy. Very organized and showed us everything we needed. Excellent ! staff all very polite. Wayan so kind and polite and good cook. On time to suit us and always yummy. Very comfortable and kept in very good conditions.

Great experience , easy process & explained everything clearly. Friendly service , easy to find driver , accessible. Simple & easy , we were provided a drink on arrival but left unfinished on bench /table , overnight something must have come in and knocked team over, smashing them , would have liked to be told not leave items on bench overnight for that reason. 10/10 – always clean & tidy , house looks like first time we arrived. Food was Amazing ! Wayan our cook was the best so kind. We loved the villa , it was exactly what we were after , so peaceful and relaxing the best service ever !!
Very easy Booking and good communication. Felt very welcoming and appreciated accommodating our friends before their departure. Excellent. Good breakfast options and appreciated the staff cleaning in with us. Perfect layout of the villa , great housekeeping and attentive staff , Wayan and Yulia have been incredible helpful and happy we have loved every minute and will back to stay.
Very easy great communication. Made was fantastic , he was there upon our arrival. We arrived when other guest were at the villa so it was a bit of a wait , but was fine. Great very clean and organised. Great our chef wayan was lovely and very attentive. We enjoyed our stay some lock do not work very well would suggest replacing noise from outside was loud at night.

Lovely staff beautiful villa!
Driver very nice. My daughter accidentally left her headphones in the car and the driver messaged me with a photo to ask if they were ours. We confirmed they were and as we had booked him the next morning for transport said he could bring them with him in the morning. He insisted on coming back to the villa to return her headphones and wouldn’t take any money for his extra time.
Booking was very easy, and instructions plus staff advice made it easy – Look forward to another stay.

Amazing villa, pool and facilities. Absolutely stunning. Customer service was outstanding. Can not recommend highly enough, don’t hesitate, just book it! Daily breakfast was delivered.

Amazing villa in the heart of Seminyak. 3 big bedrooms, each with their own large en suites. Large pool with spa and bale. Big area and beautiful green gardens

We stayed at the amazing Villa Damai and are returning to stay at the Villa Rama in February. Great value for money, private, immaculately clean, great breakfast cooked for you and the most lovely staff. Can’t fault Villa Bugis, from start to finish the experience was wonderful!

We stayed in Villa Damai. It was more than we could’ve hoped for!
It was like paradise AND we had breakfast cooked for us everyday by their beautiful staff.
It was so clean and inviting. We had our 14 month old daughter with us and they provided a cot with a mosquito net and a hairchair. The pool posed no problem.
I highly recommend them and will definitely stay again!!!

Spent 7 amazing days at this villa. Beautiful rooms, proper kitchen, luxurious semi outdoor bathrooms and importantly a fantastic private pool. Other than a security guard who is posted outside, staff are not on site. They can be contacted via phone and are incredibly helpful. A staff member visited each morning to make breakfast a clean.

From the friendly welcome by the driver at the airport, with clearly marked sign of our name, to arrival at Villa Damai, was just the beginning of our amazing family vacation. Starting the days with the fully cooked breakfast that was above all our expectations, to the friendly and helpful staff that looked after the property immaculately. No task was too difficult, including purchasing drinks for us throughout our stay. Felt very secure with 24 hour security guards in front of our villa. Villa Damai is just a 10 minute walk from Eat Street, shops and spa treatments. On arrival home, we realized that we had left a valuable item in the safe, within an hour of emailing office, we got a reply that they retrieved item and gave it to a friend that was still in Bali to return to us. This was the culmination of expertice and amazing service through beginning to end. We sincerly thank all the management and staff of Villa Bugis for our wonderful stay. We highly recommend Villa Bugis and thier properties to other travellers visiting Bali.
We couldn’t fault anything at this villa. It was stunning. The staff couldn’t do enough for us. They were amazing. Can’t wait to stay there again. We’all definitely be back.
Just home after spending 8 memorable nights in Villa Damai (Villa Bugis). This is our 7th trip to Bali and this Villa has everything you could want. The staff are very helpful, Yulia, Ketut, Chandra (too many to name) went out of their way to make you feel at home. The pool and gardens are wonderful and you never feel like you are on top of each other. Rooms are lovely, especially the master bedroom. Close to ‘Eat Street’ restaurants and many other great restaurants and shopping spots. We had mopeds which made getting around a little easier, although it is no problem walking or getting a taxi from out the front. Breakfast was included and they are more than happy to make anything different if you pre-order. Only negative is that the other 2 bedrooms don’t have a tv or DVD player which can be handy if each group wants to watch something different. That said, I would recommend this villa as one of the best in Seminyak as it meets every expectation for a fun and relaxing holiday. Thanks, we loved every moment.
We hosted 25 family members over four villas for three nights in August and the Villa Bugis was perfect for everyone. We even held a Balinese blessing ceremony and it was managed very well. The staff are very friendly and efficient and they were accommodated all of our needs including special meals for vegetarians, cars, and extra supplies. The rooms, pools, and seating areas were all great. Everyone in the family loved the stay and we hope to go back again soon.
We stayed at Villa Damai for a week with our grown-up children and their partners. All the staff were very friendly and could not have been more helpful. Everyone was focussed on ensuring we had a great holiday – and we did! The villa and grounds were beautifully presented, immaculate, comfortable and well-maintained. We enjoyed the pool and the turtles and the day bed was very popular. We were close to lots of options for food and shopping and we were surprised how quiet and private the villa was given the bustle in the area. We would highly recommend a stay at Villa Damai.
The Villa was exactly as it looked in the pictures……spacious property with large bedrooms, and bathrooms in an exotic tranquil location. The pool was clean and not over chlorinated. The staff were very attentive and very helpful. Very confident we will be back.
We had a wonderful week at Vila Damai, of the Villa Bugis villas in Seminyak. The staff, including Gede, Wayan, Ketut and Yogi were all charming, warm, friendly – nothing was too much trouble. They cooked us a great breakfast each morning . The villa was luxurious in every way with a beautiful garden and pool. Location was great, short walk or taxi to everything. We had some perfect outings using a Villa Damai driver. Although you are in the heart of busy Seminyak, you have a peaceful oasis at Villa Damai. Very highly recommended.
