Booked through booking.com, easy to book and get quick responses for all questions. Easy to fine the airport, but wait for a bit long time for the car. Edi is very helpful, he stayed late till around 11;15 – 11;20, to help us to settle everything including guide me how to order delivery food. The staff all so nice and helpful, the rooms are clean and tidy. Excellent costumer service. I like the floating breakfast, it’s nice to try something new, and our kids love this floating breakfast. Staff are so friendly, especially Edi and Komang provide excellent costumer service.
The booking process was very easy and straight forward, and everything was clear. Easy and warm welcome. They were very nice and greeted us warmly. The explained everything we need for our stay and were very kind. Very clean and accommodating. Breakfast was always served on time and was delicious and fresh. The villa is heavenly and we loved everything about it.

We were not involved in this process , a family member did it sauld it all sent smoothly. This service was fantastic we arrived on 2 different flight but Made was here and waited for us all , he was very helpful and informative. Eddie was prompt and very informative , check in was very easy and we felt very welcomed. The housekeeping crow were wonderful , they could answer and questions and our villa was beautifully maintained cleaned when the power bleck out Eddi organised the maintenance man who come. Breakfast was a delicious delight each morning .Putu Q colin were so lovely to deal with ,nothing was to much trouble, They are on asset to your business. We loved villa Kebun and our stay was thoroughly enhanced by our cleaning with the staff , it is a beautiful villa in a great spot close to the shops , beach but also very quiet quickly fixed the problem , The next morning other maintenance man come checked on our electrical supply , there has not been problem since -we loved all the small touches ,first aid box , repellant ,bug spray ,cotton pads , We would highly recoommed villa Kebun to our friends.

We stayed in the Villa from the 05/05/25 to 19/05/25 it was fantastic. Everything went smoothly from booking to arriving at the villa. Everything is organised to a very high standard from breakfast, general cleaning and pool cleaning nothing was to much trouble. Thank you villa Bugis and a special thank you to Iwayan our driver we used through our stay top man. Would recommend villa Bugis to all our friends. We will be back next year already looking to book.

The villa was WONDERFUL! The size of the villa for 3 couples was perfect.
The bedrooms were a great size, and mattresses were comfortable. The wardrobes were a great size.
The kitchen/tv/living area was also a great size and everything worked and was in good condition. The fridge was also a great size for 3 couples.
The highlight was the Villa Bugis staff…… ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! They were all so kind, so thoughtful, so patient and so polite.
Thank you so much for making our stay in Seminyak an absolutely wonderful experience. WE WILL BE BACK!

Yet another fantastic stay with the Villa Bugis group. Booking is so easy over the web and the interaction with the booking staff was seamless and a pleasure. Dewi, Enik and Sintya are happy to assist with all and every request – Fantastic effort by management and staff to put together the final night party of 15 of us. The food was sensational, and the staff looked after us brilliantly.
The communication during booking and arrival was very good. The responsive and details were a very high standard. It was all a great experience to come back to Villa Bugis

The staff were friendly and efficient. The level of cleanliness was excellent and the staff were always happy to see us. They always were happy to talk with us and enquiry about our stay – We couldn’t fault our stay. The level of attention from staff was consistently high. We loved our stay.

We recently stayed at Villa Kebun in Seminyak Bali. We have stayed here before and like most travellers were so happy to be back. The villa was the same as we remembered. The staff are still happy and so professional. The service was excellent. We love the location and cannot fault. Thanks Brata, Sri and the lovely staff the cooked our brekky each morning. See you again.

Fantastic villas
We stayed 7 nts 5 adults Big tropical gardens around and huge pool & living & dining areas A great separate bbq & bar area for a night with friends etc. The staff were amazing & faultless & all cooked our breakfast etc perfectly. Good spot and quiet down gang lane etc. Will definitely book here again as I’ve done many villas in area & these are best 👍
