The interior design of Villa Olive is simply stunning, warm colours abound, and the feeling of peace and serenity is clear from the moment you set foot across the threshold.

The gardens are lush and green, and the infinity pool and waterfall with Buddha statue compliment the serenity of Villa Olive, a favourite villa with private pool Seminyak with many!

The main building of this villa with private pool Seminyak overlooks the pool and gardens and houses two air-conditioned bedrooms, the living and dining area and a kitchen area. The living area has a large plasma television with cable access to more than 50 international channels as well as CD and DVD systems. Within the same area, an elegant solid teak dining table and chairs provides a place where guests can enjoy a meal while listening to music or watching a movie. The fully equipped kitchen has a gas stove, a microwave, a coffee maker, a juicer, a water dispenser, cutlery, plenty of chinaware and a bar.

Attached to the single-story main building, either side, are two beautifully furnished bedrooms. The third bedroom, also beautifully furnished, is located in a guesthouse next to the pool also with a King sized bed, but this bed is also convertible to 2 x large single beds. All of the bedrooms are air-conditioned, as well as having ceiling fans, a huge king sized bed, TV/DVD, spacious wardrobes with safety deposit box and en-suite bathroom with open air showers, fully supplied with hair drier, guest shampoo, conditioner, soaps and moisturiser.

The infinity pool is a favorite place to cool off and is surrounded by well-tended gardens, neat lawn and lush tropical plants. The outdoor BBQ kitchen and bar located between the master guest house and main building are great for hosting pool parties for family and friends, while a gazebo covering daybed adorned with cushions is the place to be when you just want to relax in the shade.

This gorgeous villa with private pool Seminyak is situated down a quiet lane off Jalan Raya Seminyak, called Gang Keraton. A short walk will bring you into the centre of Seminyak, a fashionable area with an abundance of boutique shopping options, as well as numerous restaurants, spas, art galleries and nightclubs.       We had a fabulous stay at Villa Olive, it had so much space and was such a gorgeous Villa. The service from the Villa Bugis team was amazing, from the breakfasts made in villa each morning to making sure the mosquito coils were lit each night and our rooms cleaned while we were out for the day. We were a quick walk from the supermarket, shops and restaurants and nice and close to the beach. Would highly recommend staying here and we hope to be back soon!

      We had an extremely large group of 62 people which consisted of families and friends and we took over 6 of the many Villas being Olive, Mahkota, Santi, Alore 1 and Alore 2 and a few stayed elsewhere. We could not fault any of the villas as they were all luxurious and extremely well laid out.

      We had chefs, gardeners, maintenance, security, cleaners, assistants and supervisors daily who tended to your every need. Nothing was too hard or a chore and the staff all went out of their way to assist and were all beautiful people. They can organize shopping, laundry, bike rental, doctors, SIM cards, drivers, taxis, day trips etc.

      All Villas we chose were next door to each other and villa Alore 1 & 2 can connect to each other. Location is perfect down a quiet lane way so away from any noise and traffic and with the Main Street of Seminyak one end with Bintang Supermarket the first shop to reach and the other end coming out directly opposite a mini hospital/medical center on the same street as Frankenstein’s. A gate down the lane way lead a third direction and you pop out directly at the beach and among bars and restaurants.

      I would most definitely recommend these villas, location and staff and will most definitely be returning.

    7. I am a regular visitor to Bali since 1994. Have stayed at great places and now this elegant Villa is one of them. Price is right.

      This is a symmetrical layout with good quality elements.
      This is minimum maximum and good for friends.

      Service is brisk and courteous, lot of highly experienced staff at call.
      Communication is very good and action is swift.
      Honest and dependable.
      My five nights fleeted past before I could realise.

      Pool is well kept, garden is very homely.
      Had a great time!

    8. Location is great and central to everything. You have a supermarket, shops and sports bars all within a few minutes walk. Seminyak square and Kuta are only a short taxi ride away and the main beach is a 2 minute ride away. Staff are great and very accommodating to your every need and Villa has everything that you want.     9. 2nd time we have used Villa Bugis for our Bali holidays and cant recommend them enough. This time we stayed in Villa Kebun which was simply amazing. Large villa with huge pool and beautiful grounds. Staff are amazing. Best thing is the location. 5 minutes to beach, 5 minutes to Camplung Tanduk and 10 minutes to Bintang Shopping Centre.

The villa was clean and well prepared when we arrived, the staff were very attentive and provided great services throughout the week. The garden and pool area are beautiful and it was always good to be able to come back to the villa for a swim and a cool drink after the day’s activities. The rooms are spacious and the daily breakfasts were very tasty. The Bintang Supermarket is very close for picking up supplies as well as arranging transport. Good restaurants are also relatively close. Our group of six enjoyed their stay at Villa Olive.

    12. I loved the Balinese touch to this villa and enjoyed everything about it. The staff were awesome and helped with anything and everything. The BBQ cooked in the villa is a must as it was the best food we had our entire trip! cant fault this place as everything was just PERFECT!

    13. As this is our second time back we were as always pleased to find our transfer awaiting us with a friendly smile and a cool clean transfer vehicle not to mention the warm welcome. The villa as previously was wonderful. Clean very big and the staff are amazing with nothing too much to ask. The only small gripe I may have is that the breakfasts included quality and variety had slipped with a Continental breakfast only being eggs on toast and the Indonesian breakfast was not anywhere near as good as our last visit but all in all I would highly recommend a stay here especially for the price the size of the villa and the location is fantastic. You will not find a villa more quiet or peaceful that villa olive. Thank you again villa bugis staff for a fantastic time.

      We really enjoyed our time Villa Olive. Great staff that were happy to help out when required. Having breakfast made every morning is so nice. The Villa is off the main street but still close enough to walk there. Having security made us fell very safe.

    15. We stayed in Villa Olive from 17th June to 24th June. It was really a awesome stay. We have taken 2 villas as we were a large group. To start with the villa itself it was so well maintained. It was a 3 bedroom villa and all the rooms were very good special mention will go for their bathrooms which were amazing. Villa staff was very courtesies. Security at Villa campus was fool proof with guards cctv etc. Our group was vegetarian and they tried their level best to accommodate and gave us vegetarian breakfast. Kitchenette was well equipped due to which we enjoyed cooking. Living room and swimming pool area was also very well maintained. No doubt if we happen to visit Bali again Villa Bugis will be our default choice.

    16. We were 3 couples staying at Villa Olive and all of us just had the best time. Villa was well kept for cleanliness, the staff were very accommodating to our needs (even coming earlier to make our breakfast with short notice). Beds were amazingly comfortable. Villa is short walking distance to restaurants and shops and a 10min walk to The beach. I cannot fault our stay other than maybe some more mosquito protection is needed – a couple of us have come down with dengue. Thanks Villa Olive for giving us an amazing holiday!!!

      villa in good shape,
      we have stayed in every villa but one in this complex and love all of them. the staff are always well presented and even with any language barrier are always keen to help. everything is within walking distance or scooter if you are really in relax mode and don’t want to walk.
      A bigger fridge would be better, but all the villas seem to have small fridges. Maybe an esky for the drinks would be good.

    20. Staying at villa bugis villas was an absolute joy. Extremely impressed with the staff. Especially Kadek! We cant wait to return for our third trip staying at the villa bugis villas. My only gripe is the mosquitos were out of control but that is out of the villas control (although perhaps some industrial mozzie killers could be an option to kill off the local population) beautiful friendly staff and security who were always really sweet and helpful. See you next year!

    According to Indonesian Law, from 01 July 2015, all invoices will be issued in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

     

    RESERVATION

    Upon confirming a booking, the management will email a reservation confirmation and request the deposit to be paid.An initial deposit invoice will be issued, requesting a deposit to be paid within 3 business days in order to hold the booking, after which, if payment has not been received, the booking may be released.

    50% deposit is required to hold the booking and the balance is to be settled  prior to 30 days before arrival. For bookings made less than 30 days prior to arrival, payment must be made in full.

    The guest will be invoiced for the remaining balance, and will have 3 days after the invoice is sent to provide proof of payment. If the proof of payment is not received, the villa may be made available to others to find a replacement booking. If a replacement booking is found, the guest will be advised that their stay has been cancelled due to breach in terms and conditions of the booking, and any payments made, will be refunded, less any costs and difference in replacement booking amount. Otherwise the booking may be cancelled and deposit forfeited.

    For deposits, payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer.

    All card payments will be charged in Indonesian Rupiah, according to local regulations – the IDR amount will be shown on your statement in your cards currency, using your card provider’s exchange rate. Our Bank applies a 2.5% credit card processing fee. This applies to both debit and credit cards.

    For bank transfers, we need to receive the full amount into our account, so please ensure you apply the option to pay the bank fees at both ends. If the exact invoice amount net of fees is not received into our account, any balance remaining will be adjusted on your final invoice, to be settled upon check-in.

    With payment of the deposit, the customer agrees to theseTerms and Conditions and the management guarantees the reservation.

    For Balance payment  30 days before arrival, we accept credit card or bank transfer. 

     

     
    All deposit and balance payments are  non-refundable under any circumstancesTravel Insurance claims are to be used in lieu of refunds. Not taking out Travel Insurance is assumed to be a conscious decision, and a risk accepted by each traveller.

    If an extra bed has been booked, and then subsequently cancelled, a cancellation fee of one nights extra bed rental is payable.

    Deposit payments which have been paid for one villa cannot be transferred to another villa, unless there is an exception which is approved by Villa Bugis Management.

    Changes can only be considered greater than 2 months prior to the original date of check in, and only one time, else management has the right to charge the original invoice amount.  A new invoice will be issued and a different price in Rupiah may apply to the new invoice (new rates might apply based on the season of the new date). The  deposit paid will be used towards payment of the new invoice. In the event of a no show as well as early departure, any payments made are non-refundable. We also strongly advise you to obtain travel insurance to cover unforeseen medical or travel issues. We also recommend obtaining travel insurance with the CFAR option “Cancellation For Any Reason” – it is inexpensive, at only a few dollars a day. Travel Insurance claims are to be used in lieu of refunds.

    Changes that can be considered on a case by case basis:

    Change the date of stay to have the check in date earlier than the original booking (based on availability)

    Change the date of stay to have the same stay length but the check in date is later than the original booking, max 12 Months from the original check in date (new rates might apply based on the season of the new date)

    Extend the stay (based on availability).

    Any approved shortening of stay must still comply with the minimum stay rules of 3 nights (5 nights in high and peak season)

    Upgrade the number of rooms used (based on availability) at an extra cost.

    A change in the actual villa booked will unlikely be considered under any circumstance

    All changes to an original booking are completely at the discretion of Villa Bugis, and Villa Bugis has no obligation to make any changes to the original booking. Any change to the original booking approved will not result in a reduction in the deposit paid, balance paid, or balance due, which is why travel insurance is so important to obtain upon booking.

    An administration fee of $25.00 will apply to all booking amendments. Should you leave earlier than expected, full payment will still be required. Bookings made through third party providers are subject to the cancellation policy stated by that service.

    MINIMUM STAYS, CHECK-IN AND CHECK- OUT TIMES, AND RENTAL RATES

    The minimum stay is generally 3 nights (5 nights in high and peak season). Check in time is from 2pm and check out time is before 12 noon. A late check out can be booked at half the daily rate, subject to availability. Rental rates vary according to the season and are subject to change without notice; the customer is advised to check the applicable rates on our website before making a booking. We do not accept arrival or departures on Nyepi Day

    The maximum number of people per villa is the equivalent of 2 people per bedroom – e.g. for a 3 bedroom, maximum is 6 people. Infants can of course be catered for with baby cots, and small children may also be permitted to stay in a bedroom with parents, at the discretion of management. More than 2 people per bedroom can of course be considered, with the addition of extra beds – the maximum per villa being on a case by case basis.

    Extra person policy:

    • Adults stay – extra bed/transport and breakfast – IDR500.000/person/night
    • Children ages 0 – 11 without an extra bed are free of charge, but if they require breakfast, it can be supplied at an additional charge of 80K per person.
    • Children ages 12 and up will be considered as an adult and require an extra bed

    Minimum stay age and booking on behalf of others:

    Bookings cannot be made by, or on behalf of other persons without prior agreement with management.  If a booking was made by credit card, the card used for the booking must be presented, or check in may be refused.

    No bookings will be accepted by guests under the age of 25 without prior management approval on a case by case basis. A larger security deposit may be requested. If such bookings as above are made without management approval, they may be cancelled by management at any time and any monies paid non refundable

     

    INSURANCE

     

    The customer is strongly advised to have travel insurance, for the unlikely event of any illness, accident, loss of personal items or other travel related contingencies during their travel or stay in Bali, and particularly covering natural disasters. Travel Insurance claims are to be used in lieu of refunds

    REGULATIONS 

     

    The customers need to be aware that they are required to comply with local laws and regulations. A copy of passports is required at check-in for police registration, and only registered guests can stay in the villa, else authorities impose high penalties. No drugs or any illegal activities are permitted on the premises. The guests need to show consideration regarding noise levels and to respect the privacy of other guests and neighbours. Any cost of dealing with police or other authorities is the responsibility of the customer. Pets are not permitted on the premises at all times. If guests do not show consideration to noise levels or proper behavior, they may also be given 2 warnings, after which, their stay may be terminated, and required to move out immediately, without any refund.

    PARTY POLICY

    1. Maximum capacity: 50 guests for standing dinner party and 40 guests for seated fine dining in our bigger villas – less in smaller villas

    2. Music with minimum volume allowed until 10PM – no additional sound systems are allowed. Our villas are situated in a quiet residential area and we respect our neighbours, the visitors and families in other villas and houses in the area

    3. Minimum stay 3 nights during low season and 5 nights during high and peak season

    4. In Bali for gatherings of people larger than the villa usually accommodates (e.g. for a party) there is a Banjar or Local Community fee of – IDR 2,000,000 applicable. This is not from our company, but local government rules. The money goes to the local Banjar or council and provides for a confirmation letter advising Banjar approval for the gathering, and also the provision of extra Balinese security (Pecalang) from the Banjar – if there is any complaint from a neighbour, we then have this backup already. There is also a small cleaning fee of IDR 500,000 for our staff to do an extra clean up after your event.

    DRONE USAGE

    Drones are not to be used on or around Villa Bugis properties without the prior permission of Villa Bugis Management.

    FIREWORKS

    Due to the flammable nature of many villa roofs, fireworks are strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate termination of stay without refund.

    RESPONSIBILITY

    The customer is responsible for any damage caused to the villa or its content during the stay, this includes damages caused by other people that the customer invites to the villa. Upon your arrival, we will also require a security deposit of IDR 3,000,000 to cover any damage or losses at the Villa during your stay. This may be paid in cash or credit card and cash deposits will be refunded at check out. Please note that we also receive cash equivalent in other currencies and will return in the same currency.

    Also, please note that currently cardver payment for security deposit is no longer available due to Bank regulation until further notice. Credit card payment is still possible, however there will be a 2.5% credit card fee and it can be refunded upon check out by cash IDR.

    It also can be refunded to your credit card but it may take a long time to post to your account, so please be aware that credit card refunds can take several weeks to process by the banks, and also the amount received might be different due fees, charges or the exchange rate which is totally outside of our control – if this is an issue for you, we suggest using cash.

    Please be advised that the villa owner or management is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items, illness, injuries or accidents during your stay in our villas. Delay in arrival for any reason or changes in travel schedules cannot be compensated by the management. No responsibility can be taken for failure of machinery or equipment in the villa, but the management will aim to assist the customers in the best way possible and have any such problems rectified as quickly as possible. This includes services that depend on the performance of external providers such as electricity, cable TV and internet. The management does not accept responsibility for any events that are outside the control of the management, such as fire and severe weather.
