The whole process was easy , having the groceries in the room was great. It was easy to find the driver ,the car easily fitted 8 people and luggage. It was very quick ,which is appreciated. Housekeeping was good with fresh beds and towel everyday. The individual food options were appreciated , for cereal option would have beet good though it was great that breakfast was always several on time. Our stay was overall well done , we also enjoyed the pool table , the location was also great.

We stayed at Villa Santi, a beautiful place for your holiday to stay with its 4 bedrooms ensuite, well air conditioned , large dining area with a kitchen and a bar overlooking to the big pool surround by nice gardens and fruit trees and fish pond. The staff and the security were friendly and doing a good job on maintaining the villa. We really had a great time staying there and would highly recommend!! Thank you Villa Bugis and team for a great stay. 👌😍

A wonderful choice for calm and also for proximity to those needed on vacation. There were 6 of us and the villa was spacious enough for everyone to find something they wanted. Very caring staff. An address to remember. The proposed driver (Edi) that we used often was wonderful.

This was my second stay at Villa Santi – this time with 3 other couples for a reunion and celebration. The Villa is absolutely perfect for this dynamic of people as everyone has their own space and their is ample space in the living and dining areas, built-in bar and around the pool to gather to spend time together. The seclusion is also the ideal set up for a family to enjoy time together. Located walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants and spas – it is perfect. Staff are absolutely amazing, service wonderful and we particularly enjoyed the gourmet breakfast prepared for us each morning and the 5 course meal we had prepared inhouse one night was fantastic. Thank you again to everyone who looked after us – we had a wonderful time and have fond memories to look back on.

We stayed at Villa Santi, it was highly recommended to us and it did not disappoint. A lovely 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom villa. It has a huge open plan living area, kitchen overlooks a large dining area, the dining table converts to a pool table which was pretty cool! 3 separate villas with main bedroom, ensuite, bath etc. The main bedroom located of main living. The bedrooms were comfortable, well air conditioned. Fabulous big pool with separate spa and a large bar with facilities as well. The staff were awesome, friendly and could not do enough to make our stay the best it could be. This was from the get go of booking and throughout our stay, communication was excellent, they came in every morning with beautiful smiles and we had delicious breakfasts cooked for us. One night we took advantage of dinner cooked in house, 5 courses of deliciousness and for about $20 a head. Everything there that you need to make your stay comfortable. Great location with a 10 minute or so walk to Legian St and Bintang Supermarket and we found a lovely little shortcut which made it 5 minutes to the beach out the front of Puri Saron. This Villa is perfect for a family or a group of friends – so good we have already booked again for next July. Highly recommend and that you to Gede, Made, Putri, Satria, Ngurah (sorry if I forgot anyone) for making our holiday so wonderful.

Recently stayed at Villa Bugis for my birthday in August loved it so much we came back again in January and stayed again at Villa Bugis. its a great option if you are traveling in a group or with friends as you have your personal space but also a great communal area where the staff cook for you every morning. highly recommended for value for money

We had an incredible stay at Villa Santi! Perfect place for a group of family & friends, with all amenities being just a walk away. Perfectly located to all of seminyak’s popular restaurants & places. I could not fault the staff’s service, we had breakfast every morning, rooms cleaned & well respected staff members. Even had staff organise drivers & transport suitable when needed. Also had Gede organise tours & suggested plenty of activities for our weeks stay!
The villa was open plan living with all 4 very large rooms with ensuite connecting to the pool & Jacuzzi. The pool table under the dining table was a great idea! The entire villa was well maintained & suitable to all types of peoples stay.
Thankyou to all the staff at Villa Santi, my family & friends had a pleasant stay overall, I would definitely reccommend & stay in Villa Santi again!

Amazing large 4 bedroom villa, very beautiful and clean. Rooms are large and spacious, staff are always very helpful and run out to the shops to pick up whatever you need. The pool was huge and clean. Bathrooms very nice and modern.

Great Villa for a Group of People!!!
I really like this Villa! I went for a Boys trip with 3 mates. The Villa was awesome and very well maintained. The pool was very large and the water very warm. The way the pool was situated that even if you were in the main living area you could still interact with the people in the pool. The staff were amazing, from cooking a great breakfast and just there general helpfulness made the stay very enjoyable, a big thanks to you all.

We had an extremely large group of 62 people which consisted of families and friends and we took over 6 of the many Villas being Olive, Mahkota, Santi, Alore 1 and Alore 2 and a few stayed elsewhere. We could not fault any of the villas as they were all luxurious and extremely well laid out.
We had chefs, gardeners, maintenance, security, cleaners, assistants and supervisors daily who tended to your every need. Nothing was too hard or a chore and the staff all went out of their way to assist and were all beautiful people. They can organize shopping, laundry, bike rental, doctors, SIM cards, drivers, taxis, day trips etc.
All Villas we chose were next door to each other and villa Alore 1 & 2 can connect to each other. Location is perfect down a quiet lane way so away from any noise and traffic and with the Main Street of Seminyak one end with Bintang Supermarket the first shop to reach and the other end coming out directly opposite a mini hospital/medical center on the same street as Frankenstein’s. A gate down the lane way lead a third direction and you pop out directly at the beach and among bars and restaurants.
I would most definitely recommend these villas, location and staff and will most definitely be returning.

This was our third stay with Villa Bugis. Our first was Villa Sayang in Aug 2015, we were caught in the volcano ash cloud delays and were lucky enough to stay another 5 days thanks to CGU Insurance! We were able to stay in another Villa behind us for just the 5 of us which was Villa Tresna. Both Villas were absolutely perfectly located to all the Seminyak popular areas. Our third stay was Villa Santi, again perfectly located, close to beach, Bintang Supermarkets, numerous day spas, Frankensteins, many many restaurants and many other popular places. The Villa was a 4 bedroom, 3 on their own and 1 attached to the main living area but still very private, the kids used this one. The main living area was very spacious for the 9 of us, the dining table seated easily and comfortably 10 people and could be converted to pool & table tennis. The pool was beautiful and a great size with a very large spa to match. There was a separate bar area with BBQ, sinks, double drinks fridge and seating for 4-6 people on bar stools. TV’s in every room with international channels and Foxtel and free wifi. Breakfast was cooked by Oka every morning and our requests were always every time spot on. With 9 people requesting different options he never disappointed. Indonesian, bacon, eggs, sausages, pancakes, toast, juice, coffee and fresh fruit. Cleaning of rooms done by Oka daily and always 5 Star. Gardens and pool maintained everyday. 24hr security stayed by our Villa although we never felt unsafe even walking home at night. A driver was available at our request, we also had 3 different groups arriving and departing at different times and with free airport transfers it made it all that much easier. Easy check-in & check outs. We enjoyed our stay with Villa Bugis it is perfect for large groups as keeping everyone together makes the holiday and the memories just priceless. Brilliant villa for a group of family and/ or friends. We stayed with family including 3 children. We were well taken care of at all times and our privacy was respected. The villa staff were awesome, special thanks to Gde. The rooms were clean and the linen fresh. The pool is huge and cleaned daily. We had a banquet dinner there which was massive and absolutely delicious, definitely recommend getting the team to cook for you at least one night during your stay. We had breakfast included and cooked for us each morning. Nothing was too much trouble, omelettes every day, pancakes for the kids, fresh fruit juice and coffee, toast and spreads, bacon, tomatoes and basically anything that you could want or need. Location was brilliant. Although when you first arrive, you feel like you are deep in the backstreets, once you get your bearings, you realise you are a short walk to the main streets, just enough to be quiet and secluded. We stayed for 11 nights but would have liked more! We simply love Bali and after having a Villa Bugis experience, will definitely return to Villa Santi or another of the Bugis villas. Its all about location when it comes to Villa bugis ; Stayed in the villa santi, peaceful private villa.Spacious, secluded and give you the comfort of privacy yet accessible to all amenities. The beach, main road and restaurants are a short walk ( and ofcourse shorter motorbike ride!). Good choice if you are looking for a peaceful villa within the seminyak area
This place is great for a family or friends getaway. The 4 villas each have a Queen bed and ensuites. If you want to get away from everything and have some privacy it is perfect. There is also a huge communal area complete with a pool, spa and pool table. The staff were helpful and terrific – always on time to cook breakfast! It is very close to Bintang Supermarket which is a well known place making taxi directions easy.
Villa Santi was very comfortable with friendly staff and well located for our needs. The large living area was great for our group of 5. The pool table and table tennis table was an added bonus we weren’t aware of before our stay. Nyoman cooked us an awesome American breakfast every day which got all of us off to a great start and then accommodated our outing times to come in and refresh our villa every day. Overall, a great stay and would definitely stay again and recommend.
Villa Santi is really nice. Quiet and walking distance to the main street. The pool is great and they have Jacuzzi too! The room is comfortable, with open air bathtub. Don’t worry about mosquitoes and insects, the management is really thoughtful, you can find a lot of mosquito repellent everywhere. Every morning they will came into your villa to cook breakfast and housekeeping. Moreover, they got nice speakers, we were playing our own music and swimming in the pool. Keep the volume down at night as other villas will hear you. Additional, they got pool table!!! it’s amazing. And, you can have any glasses you want, they have wine glass, beer glass, shot glass, champagne glass. The kitchen is fully equipped too. For the pool, they have swimming tube floats. You can chill with it and star gazing at night. Splendid experience! Will definitely come again.
This four bedroom villa in the heart of Seminyak is exactly as it appears in the promotional brochures. The place is an absolute paradise, with well appointed large bedrooms, spacious open plan living areas,kitchen, outdoor bar and tapanyaki/bbq area.
Our package included airport transfer in a comfy van, daily American or Asian breakfast, and daily housekeeping.
All the rooms have queen sized beds with en-suite bathrooms. All bathrooms are semi open but completely private. All except one have large bath tubs. The pool and spa are attended to regularly (might even be daily). Ideal for a small group/couples get away. They can organise onsite massage and other pamper services at a marginally more than street-side salons.
Close walking distance to Bintang supermarket, shops, beauty salons, famous Bali Joe and other similar night spots. Completely recommend this as adult/family/couples paradise getaway.
Maybe not suitable for toddlers and young children as the entrance is through steps over fish pond, and the pool doesn’t have shallow end for children.

I think money needs to be spent to paint and tidy the villa and also aircon and refrigerator could do with upgrading.
