- Meals are freshly prepared in your villa by your personal staff, with a minimum spend of 200K IDR per person for food & beverages.

Minced fish in spices, as satays and also grilled in banana leaves, with corn fritters and traditional mixed vegetables.
Be Pasih is a flavorful mixed fish dish, primarily made with tuna. The fish is blended with Klungkung’s signature seasoning, then crafted into sate lilit (Balinese fish satay) and pepes (grilled in banana leaves).
To complement this dish, we serve perkedel jagung (crispy corn fritters) alongside serombotan—a traditional Klungkung vegetable mix featuring sprouts, spinach, kale, beans, eggplant, and more.
Enjoy it with three authentic Balinese sambals:
🌶 Sambal nyuh (spicy coconut)
🥜 Spicy peanut sauce
🍋 Sambal uyah sere lemo (chili, shrimp paste, and kaffir lime leaf)
And, of course, sambal matah, a must-try Balinese staple made with fresh chili, onions, shallots, and lemongrass.

Jimbaran was once a traditional fishing and agricultural village. As it grew into a popular beach destination, it became renowned for its seafood, with numerous beachfront restaurants and luxury international hotels enhancing its charm.
Jimbaran is best known for its grilled seafood platters, featuring fresh fish, prawns, mussels, and squid, served with plecing kangkung (spicy water spinach), aromatic spices, and the iconic sambal matah—a Balinese chili, shallot, and lemongrass relish.

Ayam Betutu Gilimanuk

Ayam Betutu is a famous Balinese dish from Gilimanuk, first introduced by Ni Wayan Tempeh in 1976. The chicken is marinated with Balinese spices, steamed until tender, then lightly grilled for a rich, smoky aroma.
Served with steamed rice, vegetables, peanuts, and sambal matah, this dish is a must-try for an authentic Balinese culinary experience.

Babi Guling Gianyar

Babi Guling was once reserved for Balinese Hindu ceremonies, but today it’s a must-try dish for visitors. With Bali’s growing tourism, its popularity has spread, especially in Gianyar Regency.
The pig is slow-roasted for 3–4 hours, resulting in crispy skin and tender meat. It’s served with steamed rice, lawar (spiced vegetables & coconut), pork crackling, and fried delicacies, making it a true Balinese feast!
