Please note:- In villa dining is only available Monday to Saturday
Lunch orders must be received before 9am on the desired day of service, and for dinner before 12pm on the desired day of service.
For In Villa Dining Services, it is cooked in the privacy of your villa by your own personal staff, so there is a minimum spend of 200K per person, for food and beverage combined.
TASTE OF BALI – SPECIAL MAIN DISHES
Bali is divided into 8 Regencies – and our in villa dining seminyak menu celebrates the culinary delights of 4 different Recencies, as well as from across the Indonesian Archipelago.
Please note: All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah, and are subject to 10% tax and service charge – guests will be issued an invoice for payment by cash or credit card same or next day. All services are subject to availability, especially during periods of high demand – so please order early, to avoid disappointment!
Be Pasih Klungkung IDR 195K perperson (For min 2 people)Minced fish in spices, as satays and also grilled in banana leaves, with corn fritters and traditional mixed vegetables.
Be pasih is mixed fish, mostly tuna. The fish is then blended with special seasoning from Klungkung then made into satay (sate lilit) and also grilled in banana leaves (pepes). To complement this dish, there is perkedel jagung (corn fritters) also serombotan, a typical cuisine from Klungkung consisting of vegetables such as sprouts, spinach, kale, beans, eggplant etc. as well as 3 types of spicy side sauces such as, sambal nyuh (spicy coconut), spicy peanut sauce and sambal uyah sere lemo (chilli, shrimp paste and kaffir lime leaf). And not to forget sambal matah, another Balinese staple made with chilli, onions, shallots and lemongrass.- Seafood BBQ Jimbaran IDR 330K per person (For min 2 people)

Jimbaran was originally a traditional fishing and agricultural village, and since Jimbaran has become a popular beach area, many seafood restaurants have sprung up, as well as some major international hotels, making tourism in Jimbaran famous for many seafood dishes such as grilled fish, prawns, shellfish (mussels) and squid served with spicy green vegetables (Plecing kangkung), spices and sambal matah. - Ayam Betutu Gilimanuk IDR 395K (For 2-3 people)

Ayam Betutu is a typical Balinese food originating from Gilimanuk, but has now spread all over Bali. The pioneer of the current Ayam Betutu is Ni Wayan Tempeh back in 1976. The process of making Ayam Betutu is also very traditional and unique. First the chicken is marinated inside and out with herbs and spices and then steamed to cook all the way through, and then barbecued a little on top of embers to add some colour and so that the aroma of the food and smoke mix with the aroma of the spices to be more delicious. For the presentation, we add vegetables, white rice, peanuts and sambal matah another Balinese staple made with chilli, onions, shallots and lemongrass. - Babi Guling Gianyar Start From IDR 2,750K (Price depends on size eg 5-10 people)

Originally Babi Guling was only used for Balinese Hindu offerings and ceremonies, but now this popular dish has become more mainstream, catering to a more modern era. With the increase in population and more complex community activity, comes about an increase in food needs, and luckily, the spread of Babi Guling so we can all enjoy! Now more tourists are coming to Bali, the demand for Babi Guling has increased until it has become part of the unique culinary landscape, especially in the Gianyar regency, and is growing rapidly throughout Bali! First the pig (babi) is slow roasted over an open fire for 3-4 hours, and then is served with white rice (Nasi Putih), lawar (green spinach, coconut and spices) and krupuk (pork crackling) and other fried small parts of the pig. - Indonesian Set Menu IDR 230K per person (For min 2 people)

Breakfast was the highlight of the day. We especially enjoyed the indonesian breakfast option. We were also very grateful for the early breakfast on the day we were going on a day trip to Lembongan. We also had the in villa suckling pig dinner for the entire group of 22 which was very special and the staff handled the large group and all our requests perfectly.
Breakfast was exceptional and a wonderful start to our day. In particular Wayan cooked most days for us and he was a joy to have in our Villa.
Everything was perfect. The choices available, variety of choices and quality were excellent, I have travelled all over the world with business and I couldn’t find any faults at all, everyone was so accommodating.
We used in house dining a few nights and enjoyed a beautiful breakfast each morning.
Kadek made our breakfast everyday except one, he is very polite and a great cook. Nothing was too much trouble for him.
Breakfast was always fabulous, even when we all wanted something different, it was never a problem. Eddie cooks a great breakfast and he is such a lovely young man. Polite, helpful and respectful. We really enjoyed greeting him every day!
We were looked after very well by Wayan who took our breakfast requests and cooked beautiful breakfast every day. He looked after us so well and was warm and friendly as well as very professional.
We were extremely happy with Wayan\’s service and he was a joy to have around and we have nothing but high praise for him.

Our staff cooked 2 amazing breakfasts for us. On 1 day we had omelettes and another we had Nasi and Mie Goreng. They were delicious.
Breakfast always on time and was cooked to out requests. A really enjoyable part of the stay.
The amount and variety for breakfast was great. We sampled every option and no complaints we all loved it especially the Indonesian breakfast. Yasti Putu and Wyan (plus others) did a beautiful breakfast each day for us and there was plenty to go around. We also enjoyed the Indonesian set menu for dinner after waterbom and this was so yum!!! Definitely would do it again!
