We stayed at Villa Jaclan for 10 nights. In a word ‘awesome’. Super friendly and accommodating staff, villa is well maintained and has a luxurious level of appointment throughout. Peaceful Buddha watched over us from pool side :-) Our guest assistant, Kadek, was particularly good at helping us organise outside activities. Nothing was too much trouble. We’ll be back!

I stayed at Villa Jaclan for 10 nights with my family and boyfriend. The villa is amazing and modern. The service is friendly and prompt. The location is great, close to shops, restaurants and double six. Highly recommend this villa. My only negative is that the pool is not heated. Given that the majority of the time it’s in the shade, it’s actually quiet freezing.

Fabulous for our family of 12 aged from 2.5 to teenagers and adults. A beautiful villa with large gardens and 2 large pools. Amenities were first class. This villa exceeded our expectations. Having breakfast cooked for us each day was special and always delicious. The staff were lovely and very accommodating. Didn’t have to do a thing. The washing was picked up and delivered back for a small fee. Close to all the shopping and eateries and beach. Would definitely stay again

Beautiful villa with amazing staff. They even helped us at midnight, and that too with a smile. We would recommend this to others. It is quite close to all the amenities and Bintang Supermarket. They gave two free air port pickup to accommodate our friend who was coming on a different date. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

Once again Villa Bugis has provided the perfect family villa. Adrian our breakfast cook cooked breakfast to perfection and always approachable. Edi the guest assistant was fantastic friendly and a great asset to Bugis. The rest of the team ensured we had a lovely clean villa and pool. Thanks to Gede to ensuring our safety at the villa.

Where do I start. Villa Kebun was an amazing tranquil, peaceful Villa providing 3 separate rooms, separate dining, great pool and lounge area. It’s location was ideal allowing us to walk to a lot of surrounding venues - restaurants and beach clubs. Staff were outstanding and very easy to arrange transport to your favourite destination. 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

From the moment we arrived at the villas (we had 3 booked for a group of 16), we were utterly blown away by the ambience and genuine interest in making sure our stay was very enjoyable. Our rooms were amazing with outdoor bathrooms, air conditioning, mossie nets over all the beds. Facilities in the main living area could not be faulted and the service from the staff was exemplary - thoroughly recommend, would definitely like to stay again

The villas are located about 20 minute walk from Eat Street. The staff were warm and friendly and also very helpful in attending to our needs [eg. ordering taxis etc]. Breakfast was also very nice. Villas are reasonably priced for the end of January.

    The villa Absolutely beautiful. It’s privare. Bed were very comfortable. We like that mosquito repallant was prepared for us. People were lovely and breakfast was realy delicious

    Communication was excellent, making a great easy process. Was very good with great communication with driver. Very straight forward welcome drink on arrival was very appreciated. Extremely clean and very maintained. Breakfast was very yummy with great staff. Overall spacious and relaxing, quite position, Just needs a dining table.

    Booking was easy. we did get double booking on accidental but they help to solve it. Driver was very polite and helpful. Everyone at Bugis Villa was very welcoming. everyday asked how we were. Housekeeping and maintenance was great. they always asked to what suited us for cleaning and gardening. Lots of variety. Lovely food, good communication. Highly recommended. Very lovely Villa, nice rooms and beds. Lovelly staff and very helpful. Security out front looked after us. They even did a run to the mini mart for us. cant ask for better.

    So helpful and welcoming easy to book. Glad to hear information on where to meet the driver. He knew we would want a meal and took us to a great place. Fully explained details, breakfast and process of our villa. Fantastic ! if there was a dinning table for meals that would be a great additions. Meals were fantastic. breakfast in the villa dinning was very good. We loved our stay in Villa Jaclan. have stayed in Villa Ginger before and the experience was wonderful. will come again.

    Easy booking process & quick responses ,good instructions for paying with wise. Very good communication with who the driver is and good friendly service with Ruben. Check in very friendly & easy. Lovely staff & very helpful. Breakfast was lovely. Villa was beautiful , it was better when able to sit at the laver chairs I think with the new bedroom – it called be closed off wardrobe on large side for better use.

    We just spent a week at Villa Jaclan. The pictures don’t do justice to this villa. It’s like your own little resort. The rooms/bathrooms are so clean and spacious. The main living area is fantastic. Over sized day beds (hanging in and by the pool was where we spent the most time), large open lounge area with tv, ping pong/pool table. Then there’s the bar area (we spent a lot of time here too). There is so much room in this villa for multiple families / large groups. Peaceful at night but walking distance to Bintang supermarkets, restaurants & nightlife. The staff were so lovely and accomodating nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be back. Thank you!!

    Spacious villa, beautiful large garden with fine size swimming pool. Staff was top, breakfast more than fine, 20 minutes walk to the beach, 5 minutes to a large supermarket.

    We had a wonderful time staying at Villa Jaclan. The pool was refreshing and clean. The rooms clean, the bed comfortable and the bathroom exquisite. The air conditioning was perfect. The breakfasts are made fresh every morning, just what we needed to start the day! The staff are all very friendly, going to extra lengths to help us out.

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. BAR – Best Available Rate 

Cancellation Policy:

Low & Shoulder Seasons

  • Fully refundable if cancelled 30+ days before arrival.
  • Cancellation fee of 1 night if cancelled between 29–7 days before arrival.
  • Cancellation fee of 50% if cancelled between 6–3 days before arrival.
  • The cancellation fee of 100% if cancelled within 2 days of arrival.

High Seasons

  • Fully refundable if cancelled 45+ days before arrival.
  • Cancellation fee of 1 night if cancelled between 44–14 days before arrival.
  • Cancellation fee of 50% if cancelled between 13–7 days before arrival.
  • The cancellation fee of 100% if cancelled within 6 days of arrival.

Peak Seasons

  • Fully refundable if cancelled 60+ days before arrival.
  • Cancellation fee of 50% if cancelled between 59–21 days before arrival.
  • The cancellation fee of 100% if cancelled within 20 days of arrival.

2. Booking Amendments:

  • Based on Villa Availability and based on Best Availability Rates during the time of amendments requested.

3. Non-Refundable Rate Policy

  • This rate offers a discounted price but is strictly non-refundable.
  • No cancellations, modifications, or refunds are permitted once booked.
  • In case of no-show or early departure, full charges will apply.

4. General Terms for All Bookings: 

  • Travel Insurance is strongly recommended and should be purchased at the time of booking, including a CFAR (Cancellation for Any Reason) policy if available in your region.
  • Early Departures & No-Shows: Payments are non-refundable regardless of reason or notice.
  • Shortening Stays: Must still comply with minimum stay rules (3 nights low & shoulder season, 5 nights high & peak season period).
  • Extensions & Room Upgrades: Possible, based on availability and at additional cost.
  • Change the date of stay to have the same stay length but the check in date is later than the original booking, max 12 Months from the original check in date (new rates might apply based on the season of the new date)

5. All changes to an original booking are completely at the discretion of Villa Bugis

  • Villa Bugis has no obligation to make any changes to the original booking. Any change to the original booking approved will not result in a reduction in the deposit paid, balance paid, or balance due, which is why travel insurance is so important to obtain upon booking.
  • Amended booking which earlier check date, full payment will still be required. Bookings made by third-party providers are subject to the cancellation policy stated by those services.
  • A new invoice will be issued and a different price in Rupiah may apply to the new invoice (new rates might apply based on the season of the new date). The deposit paid will be used towards payment of the new invoice.
