Booking process was very smooth and well organized. Communication was clear and prompt. The airport pick up was excellent. Driver was waiting on time, very friendly and made us feel welcome immediately. (by own transport). Check in was quick and efficient, everything was prepared perfectly for our arrival and we felt very well looked after. Housekeeping was outstanding, the villa was always clean fresh and well maintained. Breakfast was delicious and beautifully prepared each day. Staff were punctual and very accommodating with our preferences. The villa was beautiful and comfortable. It provide a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere for our stay. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this villa.

This was easy and constant communication was great, email alwaiys responded to quickly. We arrived late at night but this was still good and very welcoming. Always responsive. Once we found Wayan it was a breeze ,luckily we got through customs quick and we got in early. Wayan was really great in bringing us from airport -check in was easy. Always amazing -nothing was a problem , worked around our family. Ekka was awesome -breakfast always the best ! We loved coming to villa Bugis villas ! we have been coming for last 10 years -unfortunately price to come back in December means we have to stay in J -Bay would have loved to spend christmas here ! it was really great that Wayan came and visited too! we love Andy !! Andy is the best _Eddy also a superstar !! the boys are great!

Booking process was made easy via Whatsapp , we were sent payment links & correspondence to make our booking. Transport and contacting was easy , we meet our driver at the airport exactly while he said ,he would be , took our bags & did not have to wait. We arrived our villa after a late night flight , we like the simple meet and greet process , just covered the essential then we could get some sleep. Staff super friendly and polite house cleaned and tidied everyday to a high standard. Food was cooked on time good quality food nice friendly service. Villa was great and was the exactly hight standard that we hope for security guards out the front were nice friendly and made us feel safe.

My daughter and two granddaughters had the most beautiful stay in Villa Krisna, the Villa was absolutely lovely, clean, friendly staff, always very accommodating to make sure our stay was comfortable. Thankyou Eka, Andi and team for looking after us and making our stay amazing, we had the best time.

Beautiful place. The staff were so kind, friendly and helpful. Very peaceful place. Stay all day or leave it for day trips it’s perfect. Always kept tidy and the daily breakfast was incredible

Breakfast variety was excellent. Super fluffy pancakes and the kids loved the Nasi Goreng. The staff were very open to minor changes (e.g. less spice for kids) and the wide time breakfast could be served from really helped us plan our day. The fresh fruit was a great addition as well.

Villa Krisna was perfect. Great layout & immaculate. Great Pool. Very relaxing. Daily breakfast cooked in the Villa & daily cleaning. Amazing staff – Pande, Gede & Martini were extremely helpful & went out of their way to do everything we wanted or needed (beyond that of the Villa). Highly recommend.

What a beautiful Villa , Our 2nd stay at Villa Krishna and we are still so impressed. Situated only a 1 min walk to main street shops, pubs and restaurants in Seminyak. Top quality accommodation , fantastic to have your own oasis so close to it all. Friendly and super helpful staff made the stay all that much better. Thanks to all involved for making us feel so welcome, we will see you all again soon.

We stayed at Villa Krisna – AMAZING!
We travelled with my mum who is 81 yrs and her first time to Bali
We travelled with my 81yr old mum and it was her first time to Bali, she absolutely loved it and Villa Krisna allowed her to feel a sense of home, luxury and safety while experiencing all of Bali’s culture and life. The team including Gede, Ketut, Ekka, Melly, Nadi, Suyara (not sure of spelling), plus driver airport transfers and security were all fantastic. Felt like family. Our in Villa dining experiences from the Indonesian feast through to the inlcuded daily breakfasts and al a carte dining was the best in Seminyak :) Rooms were spotless, fresh towels and not one mossie to be seen with the careful attention of the staff.
Having supplies ready for us on arrival made it all even easier.
Not one thing was too much trouble.
Our security guys out the front of our Villa were also wonderful, daily chats and cheking in on us. We all felt so well looked after.
