Booking staff were excellent! Most grateful staff were able to assist with getting the price confirmed to meet our expectations. Hotel transportation driver was very punctual and picked us up on time. Yulia most helpful checking us in and showing us around the villa. Staff do an excellent job cleaning rooms and maintaining gardens. Breakfast was also excellent. Both chef’s couldn’t do enough for us. To extend our stay Yulia was very helpful and made it an easy efficient process. Good we could carry on deposit. We only had transport from villa to airport but for my parents it arrived on time and vehicle looked spacious. Felt welcomed and was kindly greeted. Fresh towel and filtered water in kitchen and bathroom. Parta was very kind and made a wonderful breakfast, catering to everyone’s needs. Was very kind to leave left over food in fridge. Beautiful, well equipped, clean, spacious, well maintained, good location, not to noisy, comfortable bed.

You can’t go past Villa Bugis. We have stayed here for the last 10 years, and they have never disappointed. The staff are the most amazing part of the stay.

This is my second time staying at Villa Saphir and I couldn’t be happier. The Villa itself is so lovely with great amenities included. The breakfast is delicious with great options including catering to dietary requirements & the staff/service are absolutely immaculate. We cannot wait to come back!

Awesome Villa staff were amazing nothing was a hassle. Private and yet so close to beaches restaurants and shopping. Taxis and food to your door/gate. Security outside at night and day. Checking that people wanting to enter your Villa were expected. One of the most relaxing holidays I have ever had. If you wanted food was prepared in your Villa by staff. Massages manicures pedicures organised by staff to your Villa. Can’t wait to get back there.
