Booked direct easy and informative, emailed updates. Komang on time and easy to find, kept in touch. Edi was great. told us all we needed to know, so friendly. Villa kept very clean. Easy process. Great communication throughout. Made was friendly, offered us cold beverages. easy to locate amongst the many people at the exit. Eka (main chef throughout ) was always friendly and prepared great breakfast to start our day. Beautiful villa and very clean and all the staff made our stay memorable. we booked through travel agent. Transport was late, driver was good, and knowledgeable though. Excellent took time to walk us through everything. Excellent , worked crowed us and were quick and efficient. Excellent great selection food was always on time well cooked. Very good.
The process was very easy , the staff emailed me with all the details I needed the staff were very helpful happy. Ruben met us at the airport with a big smile !! the greeting made us feel very welcome. Andy helped us when we arrived , he explained the details of the villa and all about our rooms , the cleaning and what we could expect. The villa was always clean and tidy , everything was perfect and we didn’t have to ask for any thing. The food was very fresh and very tasty , we had a variety of different. We loved staying in this villa , everything was wonderful and we wouldn’t change a thing , we loved the pool and gardens , the staff are they are the best ! I have stayed 2 times before i will come back next year and will stay with you because i feel safe and happy with you Thank you for wonderful happy , great holiday with you.

It was very easy straight for via booking .com. All was straight forward. Smooth. Villa has looked offer well and cleaned on a daily basis. Great meals its only had breakfast it uses had always on time and tasty. Its have enjoyed staying at villa, it’s in really good location and very relaxing.

My husband and myself stayed in Villa Arjuna for a week and absolutely loved it. The villa and garden were gorgeous – like an oasis. In a great location, very close to Kayu Aya. The villa was cleaned efficiently and well, the breakfasts were fantastic, and mosquito coils were lit (didn’t actually see any mossies). And all the staff were simply fantastic – nothing was too much trouble. Absolutely lovely staff. This was our second stay with Villa Bugis and won’t be our last. We had a great holiday – thank you to all.

Villa Arjuna was amazing. Great location to Eat Street, beautiful staff and accommodation was perfect. Would totally recommend.
Loved everything about our stay.
Highlight was Gede and all the staff coming into our villa with a special birthday cake for my daughters 30th and all singing Happy Birthday. She is still telling everyone all about it and how special it made her feel. So a BIG THANK YOU for making my girl soo very happy.
This is why we continue to come back to Bugis Villas. The extra attention we receive from the time we book to the time we leave. We feel like the whole Bugis team have grown to be close friends.
The warm greetings from all the staff and the chats with the security guard as we walk past. They all should be congratulated that\’s for sure.

Amazing villa with really wonderful and attentive staff. Nothing was too mouth trouble. The team accommodated all our requests, a fresh breakfast was cooked each morning and housekeeping and turndown service each day. A five minute walk to eat street and to top it off amazing coffee shop just up the road.

Stayed with my kids for a week in June / July and it was fantastic. Beautiful accommodation and staff who were all so friendly and helpful. The villa was close to so many restaurants and the beach was only slightly further away. Ideal for a family getaway, will certainly be back!
