I'm so happy I found this villa. The email service was smooth and helpful, despite the six-hour time difference. You stayed in touch with us. We could pay in installments, and you were able to use our Dutch bank account.One week before departure, they contacted us about our trip. They carefully followed our itinerary. Upon arrival, a transfer was waiting for us. They escorted us to the villa.The villa! It was fantastic, neat, and clean. The breakfast service was excellent, and there was good communication with us about breakfast times. The rooms were cleaned daily, and we received fresh towels every day. I would definitely book this villa again.

Beautiful villa with amazing staff. They even helped us at midnight, and that too with a smile. We would recommend this to others. It is quite close to all the amenities and Bintang Supermarket. They gave two free air port pickup to accommodate our friend who was coming on a different date. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

Where do I start. Villa Kebun was an amazing tranquil, peaceful Villa providing 3 separate rooms, separate dining, great pool and lounge area. It’s location was ideal allowing us to walk to a lot of surrounding venues - restaurants and beach clubs. Staff were outstanding and very easy to arrange transport to your favourite destination. 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

From the moment we arrived at the villas (we had 3 booked for a group of 16), we were utterly blown away by the ambience and genuine interest in making sure our stay was very enjoyable. Our rooms were amazing with outdoor bathrooms, air conditioning, mossie nets over all the beds. Facilities in the main living area could not be faulted and the service from the staff was exemplary - thoroughly recommend, would definitely like to stay again

The villas are located about 20 minute walk from Eat Street. The staff were warm and friendly and also very helpful in attending to our needs [eg. ordering taxis etc]. Breakfast was also very nice. Villas are reasonably priced for the end of January.

    Very smooth, staff was very helpful. It was nice, the person was cordial, respectful. Everything was smooth. Very clean and helpful. They were available anytime we called them. Breakfast was delicious. All types of breakfast was good. Accommodated all our request for food. We loved the villa. It make our vacation very comfortable, it was like home.

    Booking was easy, lot of contact before arrival. Did not use as we had our own driver. Greeted by lovely staff, super helpful and polite. Well maintained, house keeping done daily always very tidy and polite. Amazing daily breakfast. Great villa suited a big family perfectly. love the private pool.

    Easy and quick response dewi answered all my questions ,even the silly ones. Met and greeted by all staff tour included of facilities. Villas presentation always immaculate staff friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was flexible delicious and always fresh. Villa is gorgeous and exactly as presented in photos.

    We booked through a travel agent so very easy. We actually didn’t know we had airport transfers but the villa was greats they offered us transfers between accommodation. Easy. Great , the villas are clean and well kept staff are super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent super yummy and the staff could prepare for any time that suits. Lovely villa , helps of space , great for families Amazing that you can join two together if you here a big group like we had.

    The airport pickup could have gone more smoothly , with more coordination by however the main problem was our fault – we neglected to provide details on 1 at our flights which landed it the domestic terminal. Staff stayed late to accommodate 1 of our flight late arrival. All good, fast response. The cook staff were solicitous & helpful -and breakfast was right on time (a let we was bit late ). Wonderful !

    We felt at home and comfortable and it was good to know that staff were easy to contact and helpful. I love the outdoor area and the living rooms and the bathroom. The bed is v comfortable and it’s nice to have the seat by the window and the table to put our things. The cupboard was also spacious and adequate.

    Villa Alore is beautiful and the staff were fantastic. We chose Villa Bugis because we were able to stay together and it was a reasonable cost for our large family that also included airport transfers and breakfast each morning. We also liked that we had experienced staff that could help us with information, tours, drivers, transport, etc. Thank-you for making our holiday so enjoyable.

    The team, at Villa Bugis, were amazing. The location is quite central in Seminyak, walking distance to BinTang Supermarket and the beach. Quick $4AUD cab ride to Garlic lane and shopping district. The staff go out of their way to cater to your every need. The place is gorgeous, and the breakfasts were amazing. The banana pancakes were the highlight and the friendly staff are unsurpassed. Michael.

    We stayed as a group of 13 at Villa Alore Seminyak for 13 nights hiring out bogh sides of the villa to make a large space . Was just fantastic in all areas and the the staff were so helpful and looked after us all . Breakfasts were lovely and the grounds were so well maintained- the staff supplied a birthday cake and were so amazing

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. BAR – Best Available Rate 

Cancellation Policy:

Low & Shoulder Seasons

  • Fully refundable if cancelled 30+ days before arrival.
  • Cancellation fee of 1 night if cancelled between 29–7 days before arrival.
  • Cancellation fee of 50% if cancelled between 6–3 days before arrival.
  • The cancellation fee of 100% if cancelled within 2 days of arrival.

High Seasons

  • Fully refundable if cancelled 45+ days before arrival.
  • Cancellation fee of 1 night if cancelled between 44–14 days before arrival.
  • Cancellation fee of 50% if cancelled between 13–7 days before arrival.
  • The cancellation fee of 100% if cancelled within 6 days of arrival.

Peak Seasons

  • Fully refundable if cancelled 60+ days before arrival.
  • Cancellation fee of 50% if cancelled between 59–21 days before arrival.
  • The cancellation fee of 100% if cancelled within 20 days of arrival.

2. Booking Amendments:

  • Based on Villa Availability and based on Best Availability Rates during the time of amendments requested.

3. Non-Refundable Rate Policy

  • This rate offers a discounted price but is strictly non-refundable.
  • No cancellations, modifications, or refunds are permitted once booked.
  • In case of no-show or early departure, full charges will apply.

4. General Terms for All Bookings: 

  • Travel Insurance is strongly recommended and should be purchased at the time of booking, including a CFAR (Cancellation for Any Reason) policy if available in your region.
  • Early Departures & No-Shows: Payments are non-refundable regardless of reason or notice.
  • Shortening Stays: Must still comply with minimum stay rules (3 nights low & shoulder season, 5 nights high & peak season period).
  • Extensions & Room Upgrades: Possible, based on availability and at additional cost.
  • Change the date of stay to have the same stay length but the check in date is later than the original booking, max 12 Months from the original check in date (new rates might apply based on the season of the new date)

5. All changes to an original booking are completely at the discretion of Villa Bugis

  • Villa Bugis has no obligation to make any changes to the original booking. Any change to the original booking approved will not result in a reduction in the deposit paid, balance paid, or balance due, which is why travel insurance is so important to obtain upon booking.
  • Amended booking which earlier check date, full payment will still be required. Bookings made by third-party providers are subject to the cancellation policy stated by those services.
  • A new invoice will be issued and a different price in Rupiah may apply to the new invoice (new rates might apply based on the season of the new date). The deposit paid will be used towards payment of the new invoice.
