The booking process was easy and smooth. The airport seamless and well described ,we easily found our driver and had great transportation to the villa. Upon arrival we were greeted nicely with great instruction as to what to expect for the week. The housekeeping was wonderful , they were aware of time and completed after we left each day , and everything was always very clean. The meals were fantastic and always timely , we loved the meals and added such relax to our time here. Our stay here in villa Rama was wonderful and we loved how all the staff drivers were so caring , Also loved the in villa services.

I would go through online and always email get reply , excellent. Airport pick up was great staff were there waiting and very welcoming. Arrival to villa very welcoming & very easy check in was leg simple , quick. All staff very friendly and welcoming the bed were made daily , pool cleaned , garden area excellent work from all staff. We had a variety of breakfast and all were great on time. I enjoy staying in villa Rama , plenty of sunlight as , love it sun , it is in the heart of Seminyak , easy to get everything.

Our return visit for a 7 night stay at Villa Rama was fabulous. From the airport transfers to the breakfasts and dinner on the last night, everything ran so smoothly and the pool temp was fabulous. The gardens are beautifully maintained and it was so quiet and sunny, yet an easy walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The in-villa ‘feast’ (and it WAS a feast!) on the last night (cooked by the staff) was the best Indonesian food we had in Bali! Can’t wait to come back! Pool and Wi-fi kept the kids happy and the day-bed was fantastic for reading and a sneaky afternoon nap! The pictures don’t quite do it justice. Villa Rama is beautiful!
I can\’t speak highly enough of the staff who looked after our villa. Housekeeping was at a very high standard and any maintenance issues were attended to promptly – We loved Villa Bugis! We will definitely be back and would highly recommend Villa Bugis to friends travelling to Bali.

Villa Rama was incredible, everything we had hoped for and more. The staff were fabulous, make sure you eat in for a night or three, delicious! We stayed in the pool while the chefs worked their magic! Breakfast too was great. Highly recommend. 10/10

Awesome property. Great to come back to after a day of activities. The breakfasts were cooked at the Villa with a daily variety of fresh fruits and a big choice of breakfast dishes to choose from. Anything we needed they would do their best to get hold of. Drivers available to take us around the island. The pool was perfect. Just an all round awesome experience and would highly recommend. Hope to get back there soon.

Villa Bugis hosted myself and 5 friends for 14 nights in their wonderful Villa Rama. The Villa really made us feel like we were in Bali with its Balinese architecture and design. The staff were absolutely amazing (special shout out to Q), who kept our Villa well-maintained, cooked us breakfast every morning, ran errands for us if needed and made us feel like royalty. Villa Rama is in a perfect location to explore Seminyak. With only a short walk to the beach, Bintang Supermarket, shopping, restaurants and bars. We also opted for the in-villa dinner service one night, where we got a whole pig! Overall, we had an amazing experience with Villa Bugis and would definitely recommend to friends and family visiting Bali.

Such a pleasant experience to stay in Villa Rama. Very clean room, well maintained. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I really love the Balinese touch in this architecture and interior. Location is really strategic, close to beach, supermarket, shops and restaurants. Everything walking distance. But when you’re already inside in the villa it’s really quite. Perfect place to rest and chill but also explore Seminyak area. Definitely would recommend to friends and family.

It was our second stay at Villa Rama and it did not disappoint. We were well and truly spoilt by all the hard working villa staff especially Putra who cooked our breakfast every morning and nothing was too much trouble. The villa was cleaned every day even the gardener came to sweep the leaves and water the plants. The service and attention to detail was exceptional from pool towels, mosquito repellent, mosquito nets around all the beds, coils lit every night, fresh water supplied hot and cold dispenser, daily cleaning, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer and much more even your toilet roll folded into a triangle!! Thank you so much for doing our Bintang beer run delivered by the crate!! The location of the villa is perfect, just a 5 minute walk to the supermarket, shops and bars. Only 10 minutes to the beach, the Bali sunsets are the best! The in villa dining service is also a must, all cooked fresh to order at a time that suits you 💕. We also booked for a full body massage and it was an hour of pure bliss. Our last indulgence was the laundry service all our holiday washing done ready to take home. Washed, ironed and smelling lush, one bin bag full for £10 (bargain)!! Big big thank you again to Villa Bugis and Putra for the most amazing chilled out holiday ever xxxx Lots of love and until next time Claire, Neal, Julie and Paul 💕

Just spent 10 great nights at this villa…us being 6 single ladies. The rooms were super clean and pool was a great size, clean and great temp. The staff were amazing…we celebrated two birthdays whilst we were here and they went above and beyond to help make these days special….decorations we gave them to put around villa looked fantastic and they supplied the cake. Anything we needed from ordering taxis, booking restaurants, taking washing to cleaners, giving us a lift when a friend got lost, making sure we had mangoes on our fruit platter when requested, organising car and driver for day trips….all done with a smile, and super efficient. Breakfast was huge and always on time and so tasty. It is a little bit of a walk around some little roads to get to main street but from the villa to Spa Bali on main street walk was only 7 minutes and same to get to Bintang supermarket. Even though only a 7 minute walk to bars etc it was super quiet….would definitely stay here again.

Had a great stay at Villa Rama. The villa is in an excellent location, is quiet and very spacious. The daily in-villa breakfast was a highlight as was our banquet. All staff were excellent and always willing to assist. We’ll be back for sure.
