Easy to book and good communication. Very good, we got held up for over an hour but staff stayed in contact. Good process. Very attentive and clean. Great variety and quantity for our large group. Excellent, Highly recommend, and great staff from all.
I had completed the booking via booking.com. Wayan our driver was in contact easily and was easy to find after customs. Helping us make a stop on our way from the airport to the villa at the mart was helpful. Andy and the team was already here waiting for us. The walk through of the villa has very thorough and detailed. Everything was clean and ready. Housekeeping done each day was good. Having breakfast each morning was delicious. The options were good and varied. 1. Appreciate the mosquito repellents and coil each day 2. Guest service is also excellent, easy to contact via WhatsApp and helpful in many areas (grocery and transport arrangement)).

We were a group of 5 ladies and had the most amazing 8 nights at Villa Tresna. Our experience was enhanced by Wayan’s exceptional attention to detail and care during our stay, he made us feel very welcome with his kind, caring nature, we all wanted to take him home – When back in Bali, we will definitely choose Villa Bugis
Overall we had an amazing experience staying here with Villa Bugis, Wayan and the team were so amazing and made our stay extra special. This is the 2nd time staying with Villa Bugis and it won\’t be our last. See you all again next time we\’re in Bali, thank you

My family and myself recently stayed at Villa Tresna for a week and we absolutely loved it. The villa was amazing and slept 8 people comfortably. The staff are so helpful and polite, especially Wayan who was looking after us for the week. The location was perfect for us as the villa is very quite and peaceful, but close to many restaurants and lots of shopping. We will be back again next year.

We had so much fun staying at Villa Tresna. The location is great – quick walk to the beach or out the other direction to Jalan Legian.
The layout is great and the pool large. Lots of sun and shade – depending what you prefer.
The Villa Bugis staff were very attentive and could help with any arrangements.

Really huge villa with 5 rooms. Staff cooks breakfast every morning according to the time and cuisine you prefer. They constantly clean your room and villa. Very trustworthy staff. I once left 300SGD (5 million rupiah) on my bedside. Went out the whole day and came back at night to still find it there. We had a truly Balinese experience. 10/10 will recommend and will come back again.

Omg this place was brilliant. We spent 8 nights here for my 50th. We all had our own space. The staff were brilliant, breakfast every morning fantastic. The pool a perfect size. The beds super comfy and the outside bathrooms brilliant too. I literally can not fault anything

Stayed 7 days with family at Villa Tresna and it was truly a delight. Gede, Wayan and the other staff were wonderful and the Villa was in a great location being able to quickly walk to either the beach or Jalan Legian or Champlung Tanduk for bars and restaurants. Rooms are large, well appointed and the Villa is great for a larger family gathering. We had in villa dining one night and it did not disappoint. Could not recommend the Villa Bugis team highly enough

From the moment we were picked up from the airport we had a great time. The staff were fantastic and very helpful. We had a beautiful breakfast cooked for us every morning and we could choose what ever time we wanted. We had a dinner prepared for us one night for extra charge and it was magic. They asked when it would be suitable to do our rooms so we didn’t have people hovering around while trying to relax by the pool. They supplied us with personal mozzie spray and also for the rooms. They came in the evening to turn on lights and light mozzie coils. All round a great holiday. They also dropped us off to airport. They were very helpful and always asked if there was anything we needed. Security guards also on duty 24 hours.

Awesome Pool and Staff are amazing. Very comfortable space for 4 couples. or 8 or 9 friends to enjoy.
We stayed for 8 nights as a group of 4 couples. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The common area was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was cooked each day and we ate specially prepared dinners in the villa on two nights. Food was delicious. We were superbly looked after by Ana and Brata. They are to be commended for their work ethic. Nothing was too much trouble. The whole place is beautifully maintained from the rooms to the pool area. We particularly liked the location of the Villa. It was close to the beach and restaurants as well as shops and spas. There was 24 hour security. It was a very relaxing and carefree holiday.

We spent 9 days at Villa Tresna, 2 families, 4 adults and 4 kids. The Villa was amazing and the staff exceptional. They were very accomodating especially on our arrival and organised some groceries and cold beers for us without hassle so we could settle in and get the kids in the pool as soon as possible!! We were travelling with little kids and we requested a pool fence and this was great. We had breakfast cooked daily with many different options available so can accomodate for all tastes. Inspect repellent and mozzie spray was provided in every room. Very helpful with arranging transport, restaurant recommendations and general advise. The Villa had Wi-Fi so we could keep connected and post pictures of our adventures. All staff were absolutely amazing and we were very sad to leave our new friends. Thank you to Gde Arianta and staff we will miss you and we will defiantly book with Villa Bugis for our next Bali trip.
We had two families staying in Villa Tresna for a week. All I can say is that our stay was great. Four adults and four kids right in the middle of Seminyak but in a facility that allowed us to get away from the hustle and bustle of the world outside.
The staff connected to Villa Tresna took care of our every need in a warm, courteous and efficient way…nothing was a problem. A specialty was the In Villa dining with classic Balinese meals being cooked on site!!

Stayed at Villa Tresna with my family and another (7people altogether) and the staff and Villa were fantastic. From the airport transfer to the breakfast, nothing was too much trouble. Location is great, close to the beach and shops and the pool just wonderful. Can’t wait to go back.
We stayed in the Villa Tresna, it has 4 bedrooms, the top lounge can be converted to a 5th room if required. The bedrooms are set out well. You have your own bathrooms. The lounge dining areas have no walls, which was fine. The pool is long and clean, they have a tiny spa, which could be good for little children. Breakfast was beautiful, you select what you would like the day before, they come in and cook it for you. The staff are very helpful with booking restaurants, cars etc. The security staff were very helpful. It is only a short 5 min walk to the beach or shops via the laneway. Looking forward to staying at one of their other places in the near future.

Villa Tresna was stunning, an absolute paradise. The location is great, close to the beach, shops, restaurants and Bintang Supermarket. Kids just loved the pool. The continental breakfast was great also. Our third time staying with Villa Bugis group and they never disappoint.
The perfect combination of having your own private, well appointed space with attentive service just when you need it. The Team did a great job of looking after us, with nothing too much of a bother. I would certainly recommend to others
The pool… just wonderful and feeling free to take a dip anytime night or day… not like a hotel. We had plenty of room to lounge together and then go to our rooms if we needed space. The staff were delightful,helpful and moved quickly on any questions we asked. Our stay at Villa Tresna which is managed by Bugis was the most relaxing holiday we have had. The staff spoilt us so much. Every morning they arrived to make us breakfast of our choice with their beautiful cheery faces. Nothing was too much trouble for them. To go out and come home after dinner and know that you are safe and secure in your Villa is very comforting. If you haven’t stayed in a villa before you should try it. We had a wonderful one week stay at Villa Tresna! Staff were lovely and perfect blend between good service when you need it but not over the top. The villa itself was clean, comfortable and inspiring with great art and clever design. Would recommend!
