Seminyak is arguably one of the best Bali villa location situated 9 kilometers north of Ngurah Rai international Airport and 15 kilometers from Denpasar, Bali’s capital. Although Seminyak is the perfect beach destination in its own right, close by you will find the challenging surf beaches at Canggu, the picturesque temple site of Tanah Lot and the bustle of Kuta. Ubud, a hot spot for art collectors and connoisseurs, can be reached in 50 minutes.
Villa Bugis has the best Bali villa location, in 4 seperate areas, but all in central Seminyak. All are walking distance to the beach, bars, restaurants and shopping.
SEVEN GARDENS
The Seven Gardens area is situated down a quiet gang off Jalan. Kayu Aya (Laksmana, or ‘Eat Street’), called Gang Bugis. A short walk will bring you into the center of Seminyak, and Seminyak Square, a fashionable area with an abundance of shopping options, as well as numerous restaurants, spas, art galleries boutique shops and nightclubs. The beach is only a 15 minute walk from the villa, which is the perfect place to enjoy a stunning sunset. The villas are an oasis nestled in a quiet lane but conveniently only a stroll to everything you’ll need to make your holiday perfect. There is also private parking available in front of the villas.

DRUPADI GARDENS
Villa Bugis’ Drupadi Gardens is located on Jalan Drupadi, just 700m off the main road of Jl. Laksmana (Jl. Oberoi), more appropriately known as ‘Eat Street’ due to the abundance of restaurants and cafes that are to be found here. The same street is also home to designer boutiques; the beach and popular beach clubs and restaurants and many other options in Petitenget are all just a few minutes further down the road.
A few hundred meters from the villa in a different direction is a street of bars and nightlife known as Jalan Dhyana Pura ( Jl. Camplung Tanduk). And it’s not just the bars restaurants and clubs that make this place vibrant; there are shops, spa’s and cafes here too. Seminyak beach is also walking distance.

And it’s not just the bars, restaurants and clubs that make this place vibrant; there are shops, cafe’s and spa’s here too.
A few hundred meters from the villa in a different direction is the main road Jl. Seminyak, where you will find many more shops, spas, beauty salons, the famous Bintang supermarket for groceries, several 24-hour mini-markets and many boutique shops especially for fashion. The beach is also a very close walking distance, about 10 minutes away on foot.
